New Support Ticket Feature"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The team recently added a <strong>new feature<\/strong> to our <strong>InstanteStore App<\/strong> which allow merchants to easily create and send us a <strong>Support Ticket<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>To know more about the app and its features, please click <a href=\"http:\/\/ecommerce.instantestore.com\/new-instantestore-app-upgrades\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s cool about this latest feature is that new and existing merchants can now <strong>communicate more effectively<\/strong> with our tech support team when it comes to highlighting or describing an issue or problem that they need help with using our ecommerce solution.<\/p>\n<p>Normally, merchants will have to login to their store to send us a support ticket from Admin.<\/p>\n<p>Now with this new feature, merchants can download the InstanteStore App either from <strong>Google Play<\/strong> or <strong>App Store<\/strong> (don&#8217;t worry it&#8217;s FREE), add products and manage orders from the convenience of their mobile AND <strong>reach our tech support team<\/strong> by creating a ticket from the app.<\/p>\n<p>Just click on <strong>Support<\/strong> and fill up the relevant details.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4701\" src=\"http:\/\/ecommerce.instantestore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/InstanteStore-App-Support-Ticket.jpg\" alt=\"InstanteStore App Support Ticket\" width=\"677\" height=\"336\" \/><\/p>\n<p>They can choose to explain the problem they&#8217;re encountering by :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
