The dashboard displays important information about your store in a well thought-out layout. At a glance, you can tell your revenue for the week, the number of visitors you've had, the conversion rate, the number of open orders and low stock alerts. If you want to be notified when a new order comes in, you can set it on the app. You can even set it to notify you with a summary of orders for the day, week or for the month.
You can actually add products to the store from the InstanteStore app on the fly. Let's say you have a product right there in front of you. Just snap it with your mobile phone, fill in all the essential details such as price and description and upload it there and then. Just like that, you've have another product to sell.
A new feature we've just added to the app is the ability to log a support ticket not just by typing on that tiny little capacitive keyboard but also by audio, video and image. Since you're using a phone to log a ticket, we might as well utilize all the functions that come with that device and make it more convenient for you. All you need to do is click on the icon which represents the message medium of your choice and log away.
